Another Learning Curve Train
I'm a big fan of Learning Curve, and I was happy to find out that the Chuggington train series is compatible with the & station sets (which have been renamed as Take N Play) because I did not want more train tracks in the house, but my son loves as much as Thomas & friends, so I decided to use the new trains as part of a reward system.Unfortunately, these trains are not magnetic like the Thomas trains, but connect with little plastic fittings; I do not recommend getting these trains for kids who are still putting things in their mouths. my son loves loves loves it!
Well made. These trains can connect any which way (front-to-front, back-to-back, front-to-back) which my son loves. He's had them for a few days and hasn't stopped playing with them. They don't seem to fit on the Thomas/Brio tracks correctly?

Great quality
My 33 month old has been obsessed with trains for the longest time, so I decided to get him some more for his birthday here in a few months. The Chuggington trains are good quality, but they do not fit the tracks on his train table (which is the Imaginarium brand). I was disappointed in that, but think that the Chuggington trains are so cute that I plan on getting him a few more anyways. He'll still have fun with them and can carry them in his train zip bin. I will just have to purchase some additional trains that are compatable with his table.

Puffer Pete is definitely a fav
These Chuggington toys are so well designed. I used them on my son's actual birthday cake expecting them to be dinky, and they turned out to be study, very nicely painted and accented, and durable. I will be getting the rest of the set as well as some tracks to replace our Thomas toys. Chuggington is totally the new 'Thomas'. :) LOVE IT!

Durable and "just like the tv"
My son (three and a half) is a huge Chuggington fan and loves all his "chuggers". They are very close to the characters in the show and have survived being thrown around during a tantrum, dunked in water etc. If your daughter or son loves the show you'll get excellent toys when you order one of these.

We Love Chuggington!
We have been a fan of Chuggington for a couple of years now and couldn't be happier that they are finally releasing a DVD. We've recorded a number of episodes off of TV onto a recordable DVD, but it will be nice to have a genuine DVD for our kids to watch.As parents we love Chuggington because they actually treat each other nice. If they do something wrong, they apologize to each other and ask for forgiveness; they don't just say, "I'm sorry" and that's it, but they say what they are sorry for and understand the they shouldn't do it again. It's how we are trying to raise our kids, so it's good for them to see examples of what we expect of them when they do something wrong. There is another train-type show that has been around for many years that we won't allow our kids to watch; they never learn what they did wrong and bring correction or resolution to the situation. That's just not acceptable for our home, how we live and how we are raising our children...

We Love Chuggington!
This DVD was our first introduction to Chuggington, and we love it! My daughter prefers it to Thomas the Train Engine and I have to say I do, too. There's just so much to love about it, from the engaging characters (engines) to the brightly colored 3-D graphics. There's nothing slow or boring, either - it kept my 3-year-old's interest from beginning to end, and she asked me to replay the DVD after it had run through all of the episodes. She's singing the theme song, too - it's so cute! We're thinking about buying some of the Chuggington toy trains now that we've seen this and become attached to the characters.The lessons learned in each short episode are easily applied to a little one's daily life. For instance, in the first episode, "Braking Brewster", Brewster learns about the importance of listening. He couldn't remember if he was supposed to go downhill slow or fast (with a full load) and finds himself in a scary situation that a friend is able to help him out...

Wilson is a lively multi-function engine with oodles of enthusiasm and confidence. Cute and sturdy, but NOT comparable with other tracks
I ordered a three-pack of Wilson, Koko and Brewster. While they're very cute, and seem sturdy enough, they are somewhat stand-alone trains as they are not comparable with the width of regular tracks. I have a wooden track set from Ikea, which is the same size as the standard track from Target or the Melissa & Doug sets. These trains are much too narrow to fit on those tracks. Also, they have a ball/hook attachment, rather than a magnet, so they aren't comparable with other train sets (unlike the Thomas trains, which do fit with the Ikea trains. The Thomas trains are also slightly narrower than the track I have, although my toddler seems to make it work).However, the main issue is the price on Amazon. I purchased my set directly from the Chuggington website, which is a fraction of the price compared to Amazon's retailers.They're cute, and I think will hold up reasonably well (the train itself is die-cast, but the wheels and undercarriage are plastic) but it's...

I may keep these for myself...
I purchased 6 trains from the same set of Chuggington toys and they are absolutely adorable. They have lots of detail without being too flimsy to play with. They look exactly like the trains on the TV program, you almost can see their expressions change.

Grandson's favorite
My Grandson loves trains--he's 5 and has everything Thomas. But recently we discovered Chuggington on TV and he adores the show, so I bought him Koco--his favorite engine on Chuggington--he loves it and took it to show and tell recently. They do not fit on the Thomas tracks though.

We got this train for our daughter's 2nd Birthday. She is in love with Chuggington. And she certainly loves her new train! Koko is very durable, and is the perfect size for my daughter to carry around with her everywhere. We love that the train has a connector on the front and back, so when we get more of the Chuggington train we can connect them together!After reading some reviews we saw that this exact same train could be purchased for a much cheaper price. I wasn't sure if that was true, so I went in search. I found Koko and her many Chuggington friends for $5.99 at Toys R Us and Target. (What's the deal Amazon?) If you are really interested in this train, go there for a better deal!
